1. The Service
HOA Plus provides a digital platform for homeowners association management, including AI-powered assistance (HOMER), financial tracking, and community voting.
2. Storage and AI Token Usage
By using HOA Plus, the Association acknowledges that service costs are tied to resource consumption:
- Storage Usage: We measure the total data stored, including bylaws, community photos, and resident-uploaded payment receipts.
- AI Token Usage: Every interaction with HOMER consumes AI tokens. Usage is tracked at the HOA level to prevent system abuse and ensure equitable access for all residents.
- Limits: Associations are responsible for monitoring their usage via the Admin Dashboard. Exceeding limits may require a tier upgrade or result in temporary service limitations.
3. AI Mediation & Conduct
Our AI Mediator Tool is designed to foster harmony. Users are prohibited from using the tool to harass, threaten, or spread misinformation. HOA Plus reserves the right to review anonymized logs for safety and compliance purposes.
4. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in fraudulent billing activities or misuse the AI infrastructure in a way that negatively impacts other users.
5. Late Payments & Service Interruption
HOA Plus operates on a subscription-based model to cover AI infrastructure and storage costs. To ensure continuous service, please note our delinquency policy:
- Grace Period: HOAs are given a 7-day grace period from the billing date to settle outstanding invoices.
- Feature Suspension: If an account remains unpaid for more than 15 days, access to HOMER AI, Mediator Tools, and Storage Uploads will be suspended.
- Read-Only Access: During suspension, residents may still view existing bylaws and project updates, but all interactive and AI-powered features will be disabled.
- Data Deletion: Accounts in arrears for more than 60 days are subject to permanent termination. All community data, including bylaws and ledgers, may be permanently deleted to recover system resources.
